Dear Friends,
As a bran new Catalina fleet we want to support our race team that will be coming out to Portland. In wanting to do so, we are selling a select list of Fleet 43 Sailing shirts, Hats and Burgee to raise money for the challenge. We understand that many of you can not make the trip for various reason, (like not having a trailer) but we are asking you too be there in spirit. These T-shirts are white or blue in any size, with The fleet 43 Logo and the Catalina 25 or 250 emblim (your choice) on it. Hat and burgee have just the Logo. Shirts are $25.00, Hats are $15.00 and Burgee is $20.00. If you must see a picture I will Post one later when I can take a digital.

Come on, Folks...step right up and support Bill and his team. It's a LONG ways from Indiana to Portland, OR. We of Fleet 94 are delighted that Bill and crew are coming to defend his SR National Championship from 2003. With the cost of fuel these days, why not buy 2 shirts, AND a cap? The souvenior shirts at Nationals won't cost anything from your shirt budget; spend it here!

BTW, Bill, this is a great idea to raise support. I know that the idea of supporting a champion is something dear to your heart. Look forward to seeing you next month when you can concentrate on sailing and running a regatta!

Down at the 42nd street ramp today helping a fleet mate splash. Saw a 250, went over to lend a hand. He was from Eastern Oregon. After helping get the roller furling hooked up to the stem, I introduced my self and gave him a Fleet 94 brochure with Nationals information. We may have found our 3rd 250!
