My wife doesn't like the color of cetol (too orange).

Has anyone tried waterlox?
Can you describe the color for me?
I'm too lazy to use any type of varnish, even thought it looks great.
Thanks

Don't like the shade of regular cetol?
Check out Sikkens "Light"

Well, I thought about that.
But varnished teak is darker.
How would you describe the color of cetol lite?
I DO like that cetol is easy!

YES, CETOL LIGHT is right.

We started with regular Cetol, then sanded it completely off. We then used Cetol Light and love it. We ended up putting 2 or 3 coats on, then finished off with 2 or 3 coats of Cetol Gloss. 2 years later, we don't even need a touch up. It look perfect, and allows one to see the real wood grain.

Try it you'll like it.

They have a trial packet available online for 4.95. It might be worth it to see if you like the color.
