I am buying a 1984 25’ Catalina with a 4’ 2” fin keel. Someone in my area is selling a trailer he bought with a 1989 C-25. How do I make sure it will fix before I buy it? Any advice will be great appreciated.

Thank you

Nick

You do not mention the type of keel the 89 has. However some money to a welding shop will fix anything. The real issue is what condition is the 89 trailer in? I spent many hundreds of dollars replacing the brakes and rollers on mine.
