I can't bring my boat down and would like to look into crewing for the nationals. I am 61, and pretty nimble for a guy weighing 225. Can help with a spinnaker set and with the sheet and guy. Good rail meat, too
Frank is there a certain reason you posted that here instead of the General Board? I think its a great idea to hook up crew with captians needing crew. Just wondering...
It seems like two stickys for the nationals in the general is too much. People are advertising availability and needs so I hoped it would be an ok fit here. P.S. I am often capricious and arbitrary.
i should be available to crew in the nationals. seasoned sailor and racer. will take the seriousness as much as you want to.
if you want to just participate that great, i'll sail with you. if you want to win that's great too. i'm 56, weigh 240lbs and am good shape. i would just like to be there dave holtgrave 5722 sk/tr hard and dry near carlyle lake in southern illinois
I was planning on bringing osmepneo to Nationals but my daughter in SLC prevailed and after the championships Char and I are heading west to Heather and Sam.
I've sailed most of my life and have been at the last two nationals, one as crew and one as skipper.
I'll be at Nationals, and am open to teaching and helping others learn more about their boat and sailing or crewing for some one who needs an experienced - I have done it all - person on board.
