When assembling the rigging for Necia, I noticed rubber plugs that came with the rigging. After investigating, I found that they are call "T Rubber Plugs" (SailNet calls them "Gibb Retainer Plugs"). I asked our dealer when he came by to "see how I was doing". He didn't know either. Do any of you have any ideas?

Thanks.

The plugs might be for the holes on the mast where the baby stays attach during mast raising. Just a guess.

I put them where ever I have a T-bolt going in to the mast.
Reason being to fill the slot hole so T-bolt does not fall out during mast raising etc.
Something Catalina should have for all the trailer sailers.

Makes sense. I don't have them in, but I don't trailer the boat. I'll put them in next time I lower the mast. Thanks!
