Of course, the windows leaked in Noeta I tried the car window sealant I tried Life Seal I tried everything. Then I tried to change the seal entirely. Ordered new rubber from Catalina Direct and pulled everything out. One of the windows and frames broke during removal, but I was able to get a new (used) set from a C25 Association Member. Special Thanks to Mike Nichols! He went out of his way to pack and ship a big box of window bits and pieces to me.Thanks again Mike. As it turns out, the one piece I needed was the one piece in the set Mike sent me that was bad. In a fit of anger and frustration, I called catalina, Catalina Direct. The window frames are not longer available. then I called Cruising Concepts and ordered the smoked plastic upgrades for $700+
If there's any interest, I'll take digital pictures during the installation and post.

Hi Doug,
'Sorry you've had such a run of bad luck with your windows!
I'd sure like to see the installation photos, if you're up to it. I think the upgraded windows look pretty cool, but they sure are pricey. Still, they're on my "wish list."

I'm planning on doing the same, except I'm going to use the Lewmar models as I want mine to open.

The new boats seem to use window sections like the Cruising Direct windows and if there is an opening port it is set in the window. I would hate to wrestle with fitting new ports to holes that are not right and would think that the Lexan windows would be much easier to set a port in.
Frank, There is already water damage to the area surrounding my port lights on the port side, therefore I will be repairing that anyway. Regardless of what I use, I will be doing that type of work.
I am fabricating my own windows, similiar to those at cruising concepts. I should be done with the whole conversion in 2 weeks. I am taking pictures through the whole project and have offered, in a previous post, to make these for others interested. (After proof of concept of course) I would sell them for $375. A lot less than cruising concepts.
