Late last season our anchor light burned out, then, weeks later, the steaming light, so with crane-in just round the bend (a mere six weeks!) I'm looking for replacement bulbs and Lo they are hard to find.

I phoned Catalina and received from them the Hella bulb numbers, but these are nowhere represented in Hella's online catalogue and Hella's not picking up the phone.

West Marine likewise can't find bulbs they are sure will fit.

My plan at the moment is to head up to the warehouse where my boat is wintering, remove the bulbs, and take them to a marine store in person to see if we can match them.

Anyone know of a good supplier?

We hereby authorize you to replace your nav lights with brand-spanking new LED units - photographing the process, of course.

Does anyone know why Catalina switched from Aqua Signal on the 25's to Hella on the 250's? Aqua signal replacement bulbs are readilly available.

My boat still had the Aqua Signal lights on it. I don't know which hull number they changed to Hella but some of the 250's are Aqua Signal equipped.
