I had my bottom painted last week by yard in Olympia, WA. Here are a few photos (Posted to the wrong forum initially - let's try this again:


Haul Out - very "slimy" from sitting one week in salt water!


Haul Out (in slings).


Just moved stands to complete paint. You can see the tape line.


Note: I went over the boot stripe in the rear to keep a level paint line.


Bottom Done - still on stands.


Bottom Done - See how paint covers rear portion of boot stripe.


Bottom Done - Just before splash.

I think the finished product came out well!

What type/brand bottom paint did you decide to use?

I used an interlux modified epoxy.
