My rudder rocks slightly. Boat is currently on land and I've ordered
and I've ordered Gudgeons from Catalina Direct. But now I'm wondering if I could just put a plastic or rubber bushing inside the gudgeon if I can find one .
Does anyone have any thoughts on that?
Is it a good idea?
Couldn'nt seem to find how to get at the gudgeons inside the boat.- Are they accessible?

Scott,

Some members have drilled their gudgeons and installed bushings from the hardware store to repair an oblong hole in a gudgeon.
