I rigged the boat yesterday but am unable to seat the furler tangs on the special clevis pin that attaches the turnbuckle to the forestay fitting. It is just sitting there now until I figure out.
Has anybody had an issue like this? New furler last season, and new forestay????

I assume you have a Unit 0. There are excellent instructions at the Harken site.

In the photos the furler toggle seems to fit directly to the bow/stem fitting with a single clevis. Did you have to add an extension toggle? I am unsure of your issue, is the turnbuckle you are referring to the internal one within the furler?
