The Ships Store is open, but the status of two items has changed:

1) We are out of stock on Can Coozies following shipment of the order I received last week, and we do not intend to offer this extremely slow moving item for the time being (see "revisions" below),

2) Technical Manuals are no longer available through the Ships Store. Upon receipt of the inventory, it came to my attention that sometime over the past twenty years a printer misplaced half a dozen pages of Volume I and a couple of pages of Volume II. Thanks to Bill Holcomb, I now have soft copies of the two manuals; complete. The soft copy manuals will be posted in the Members Only area of the website, as another added benefit of membership, after I have completed some minor modifications.

Regarding revisions to the Ships Store:

1) You may use PayPal to pay for purchases by entering shipstore@catalina25-250.org when prompted for the Payee's account (be sure to also complete the "ship to" information and reference your order). However, please add 4% of your purchase price total to cover the fee charged by PayPal, as this fee is not reflected in our prices. Also, you will need to send a separate email to my attention notifying me of your payment until we have incorporated this functionality into our website processes. Shortly, we hope to add this functionality to our membership/renewal processes, as well.

2) Alternative means for making C25, C250 and National Association merchandise available are currently being explored by the Officers. Our objective is to structure a greater selection of high quality merchandise provided through a more efficient means of order and delivery. Believe me, the current structure is anything but...

Discussion, suggestions and opinions are welcome.

Thanks and fair winds,

There have only been 30 orders in the last 2 years. Use the store or lose it.

Hey JB
Thank you for going through the trouble to post a copy of the manual online.
For 20 bucks our membership is really a great deal.

I would like to order some polo shirts for myself and my crew with my boat name and sail number on it. Would that count as one embroidery or two? I"m ready to send in an order, but I need to know how much to pay.

Hi Bruce,

If the boat name and sail number are in the same location (e.g., side-by-side or top-and-bottom), then it would be one embroidery charge per shirt. Otherwise, it will be two per shirt.
