I posted this earlier.
Look for a feature article in the August Mainsheet by Bill Holcomb. It’s a terrific article about Bill racing with his grandson Christopher.
Bill, it was a pleasure working with you on this article.
Our members stories have been featured in the Mainsheet many times and we hope to get more of your stories into the magazine. If you are a member you have been reading the stories over the past years if you are just using the forum consider becoming a member, it’s as easy as going to the [url="http://www.catalina25-250.org/membership_registration.htm"]membership [/url] page and filling out the form. The Mainsheet is a glossy color magazine that comes out four times a year with your membership. It has our association pages where you can read about the association and a "Fleet News" section where our local fleets let us know what they are up to. It also has technical articles on the C25 edited by Frank Hopper and C250 tech tips edited by Arlyn Stewart.
Those of you that are members and have had a great cruise or an exciting race series please contact me at the address below and let’s get your story in print.

Oh, and Bill, when you race with Christopher again you might want to make a few extra sandwiches for yourself.

I just wish the PONY EXPRESS would have a spare horse to replace the one that apparently was shot so I could receive my Mainsheet and read the article.

Yeh, it arrived just as we were leaving for a Jaguar ball game. I took it with me and read it on the way. What a great article and great fun for Bill, I am sure. I would love to have my grandkids close. How can you beat that!!!!
