Hi,

Being far away from a sailshop it's difficult for me to judge which blocks I need to buy from pictures and specs. I'm just afraid that when receiving them they look just too small. What is supplied by Catalina for the mast step blocks? I also need a double spinnaker block.

For the mast step blocks (6) I've been looking at WM part# 271754.
For the spin double block WM part #271697
Deck organizer WM part #5390778

Thanks,

Steve Blackburn, Calgary, AB

Know what size line (rope) your going to use, befor you buy that block. Not all 3/8 blocks take a 1/2" line.

"now how did I know that"!!!

Thanks for the info! I also need Rope clutches. Our Haylards are 5/16" right? It seems that a 5/16" line will work in any of these clutches but not quite sure which size I should go for:

Triple Powerclutch, 5/32"–5/16" Line Dia., 990lb. MWL

or

Triple Powerclutch, 1/4"–1/2" Line Dia., 1,250lb. MWL ?

What size do you guys use?

The clutches on our 2000 C250 are the Mini Easylock.
